2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Must include all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity, and warranty cards.
  • Must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items marked as final sale, customized, or engraved cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package your item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Our team will inspect the product within 5-7 business days.
  • If approved, a full refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a faulty watch, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Final sale items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item received), we will cover 100% of the shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
